Kai Surf Magazine
The Kai Surf Magazine was designed for the VISA0150 (Foundation 2D Media) final project. The magazine was created in Adobe InDesign, with AI generated text and photos sourced from personal experience and online.
Collage Studio Final
With only recycled and found materials, this collage tells the story of the life left behind by 19 year-old who has recently passed away. Using a series of letters, photos, and notes, the collage is meant to move viewers into feelings of nostalgia and sentimentalism for their own relationships and belongings.
Black + White Photography Final
A series of 12 black and white silver-gelatin prints on RC paper. Photos are shot with Ilford HP5 400 ISO film on a Canon AE-1. The project centers around themes of childhood grief and abandonment, with photos taken in various locations across the U.S,
Monotype Print Edition and Quilt
This edition and quilt were made for the VISA 1210J (Monotype Printmaking) final project. The edition features intaglio prints of varying colors using oil-based inks on tan BFK Rives rag paper. The quilt is made of recycled fabrics, with each quilt square featuring the same intaglio plate used in the edition.
